Responsibilities
- Accompany and support residents with disabilities in their daily activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, their parents, and relatives.
- Engage in diverse tasks to meet the individual needs of residents.
- Provide reliable and compassionate support.
Requirements
- Ideally, a completed training as a social assistant or nursing assistant.
- Previous experience in integration support is a plus.
- Open-minded and patient with a desire to support individuals individually.
