About the Position

Anchorage Digital is hiring a Member of Product, Transparency (Financial Crimes Compliance) to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will define strategy, roadmap, and requirements to prevent money laundering, fraud, and illicit financing. You will manage the entire product development lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance (AML/KYC/Sanctions) while balancing customer experience and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Define strategy, roadmap, and requirements to prevent money laundering, fraud, and illicit financing.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Analyze regulations, develop appropriate controls, and oversee performance metrics for compliance systems.
  • Work closely with engineering and design counterparts to drive product development processes and planning.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Exercise independent decision-making and take full ownership of product strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
  • Proven experience in developing compliance systems within FinCrime, AML, KYC, fraud, at a regulated retail financial services/exchange.
  • Deep understanding of financial crime regulations (AML/KYC/Sanctions) and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams.
  • Self-described as creative, humble, ambitious, detail-oriented, hard-working, trustworthy, eager to learn, methodical, action-oriented, and tenacious.

Nice to Have

  • Written your own smart contract or dApp.
  • Built 0 to 1 products for financial institutions either as a PM or a developer.
