About the Position

Anchorage Digital is hiring a Member of Service Enablement, Global Markets to support the global markets business and ensure safe and sustainable launches.

Responsibilities

Support the Service Enablement lead in assisting business heads/project sponsors, and product/engineering teams in delivering on cross-functional, large-scale change initiatives.
Develop project plans, status reporting, process design, testing, and procedure documentation.
Partner with teams spanning Sales, Trading, Onboarding, Client Experience and Operations, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, Market Risk, etc.
Analyze and define required staffing, process, and technical roadmaps in furtherance of continued business growth and sustainability.
Help support exploration into new licensure, such as CFTC swap dealer, FCM, etc.

Requirements

Experience working in or alongside trading businesses, with an understanding of related operational and financial models and regulatory requirements.
Great organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to tailor messaging to audiences, as appropriate.
A curious mind that seeks to understand underlying business goals and technical solutions, and can use this understanding to analyze broader touchpoints and required impact analyses across divisions.
Collaborative and understanding work style, to ensure proper engagement with teams of different backgrounds and priorities.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility, to identify emerging risks quickly, brainstorm solutions, and pivot when goals change.
Discipline around documentation and development of sustainable models.

Nice to Have

Direct experience in project and/or product management or consulting.
