Member of Trading Operations

At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. We are currently seeking a Member of Trading Operations to join our team in a Full-Time - Remote position.

Responsibilities

As a Member of Trading Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting clients in their daily activities, ensuring timely settlements, reconciliations, and implementing strong risk mitigation strategies.
• Leveraging a deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, financial operations, and risk management.
• Managing all Counterparty and Client settlement requests within agreed SLAs.
• Supporting day-to-day spot, lending, and derivatives operations.
• Utilizing blockchain explorers, trading platforms, and other relevant software and tools to reconcile and monitor the activity of different digital assets.
• Performing cash positioning and inventory management for various product flows.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, Accounting, and Finance teams to streamline workflows and ensure accurate data provision.
• Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
• Staying updated with the evolving cryptocurrency industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting the settlement activities of institutional clients in both traditional asset classes and crypto assets.
• Experience with and understanding of crypto-native institutions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility.
• Ability to work rotational weekend and holiday coverage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Python, SQL, low-code platforms.
• A passion for building early-stage startups.
