Member Success Manager

About the Position

Lviv IT Cluster is the largest tech business association in Ukraine, bringing together more than 300 of the country’s most successful IT companies and over 100,000 tech professionals. We create opportunities for industry growth, drive innovation, and advocate for the interests of the IT business community.

We are currently looking for a Member Success Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Execute and continuously improve the Member Success Process to ensure a high level of member satisfaction.
• Communicate daily with representatives of member companies through various channels, including email, messaging platforms, phone calls, and meetings.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal teams and engage relevant experts to address member requests and challenges.
• Identify member needs and develop tailored solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Monitor member satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience.
• Prepare analytics, reports, and performance insights.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2–C1 level (both written and spoken);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and maintain effective communication;
• Strong ability to identify clients’ needs and pain points and provide relevant solutions;
• Well-developed risk management and decision-making skills;
• High level of business ethics and customer orientation;
• Results-driven mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in sales;
• Experience working with CRM systems.

Additional Information

• Full-time position;
• Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday;
• Hybrid work format available after the probation period;
• Office location: 3 Ulasa Samchuka Street, Lviv;
• We provide all necessary equipment and software.
