Menedżer_ka ds. Klientów Strategicznych w obszarze Nieruchomości Komercyjnych

Responsibilities
- Pozyskujesz, utrzymujesz oraz kompleksowo zarządzasz relacjami bankowymi z klientami z sektora nieruchomości komercyjnych
- Zarządzasz powierzonym portfelem klientów - koordynujesz strategię współpracy, dbając o wysoką jakość relacji i satysfakcję klientów
- Budujesz i utrzymujesz relacje na poziomie zarządów, dyrektorów finansowych oraz skarbników obecnych i potencjalnych klientów banku
- Efektywnie współpracujesz z jednostkami Banku i Grupy ING, w tym obszarami finansowania, bankowości transakcyjnej, rynków finansowych, ryzyka, regulacji oraz ESG
- Pozyskujesz i strukturyzujesz transakcje finansowania nieruchomości komercyjnych
- Przygotowujesz i negocjujesz oferty finansowania nieruchomości komercyjnych
- Współpracujesz przy tworzeniu aplikacji kredytowych oraz bierzesz udział w komitetach kredytowych
- Koordynujesz pracę zewnętrznych doradców oraz negocjujesz dokumentację kredytową
- Koordynujesz pracę jednostek banku zaangażowanych w realizację i obsługę transakcji
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial institution, in corporate banking, commercial real estate financing, or structured financing
- Higher education, preferred fields: economics, finance, banking
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Basic skills in economic and financial analysis of companies, building financial models, and knowledge of basic legal, tax, and accounting conditions
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, takes responsibility for tasks, and effectively strives to achieve goals
- Ability to plan and organize work well
Nice to Have
- Experience in commercial real estate sector
- Knowledge of financial markets and capital market instruments
