About the Position
We are seeking a Manager of the Aviation Transport Department to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. The ideal candidate will have experience in international air transport logistics.
Responsibilities
- Organization of air cargo transportation, including:
- Calculation of air transport costs, airport services at the destination, and door-to-door road transport
- Preparation of commercial offers (for sales managers or directly for clients)
- Signing orders with clients
- Client support during transportation, including contacts with partners at departure airports, client updates at all stages of transportation, document handling, including invoicing and work completion reports
- Search and signing of new contractors in countries involved in the transportation process
- Control of payments to contractors and control of payment receipt from clients
Requirements
- Experience of at least 1 year in air transport
- Higher education
- Experience in organizing and managing international air transport logistics processes
- Knowledge of international air transport rules and basic principles of foreign economic activity (ZED)
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- English language proficiency at least at the upper intermediate (business) level
- An up-to-date client base + a base of own clients + a base of established carriers
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of 1С
- CRM (preferred)
- Proficiency in additional foreign languages
