About the Position
Golden Staff is a full-service staffing agency specializing in the selection, evaluation, development, and training of qualified specialists. We work with major national and international companies such as Credit Agricole, Amway, Coca-Cola, Grammarly, DHL, WOG, Platika, and DTEK, among others.
We are currently seeking a Client Manager for our Test2Staff project.
Test2Staff is an automated service with proprietary tests that have been internationally accredited by ALTE. Learn more at Test2Staff.
Responsibilities
- Interaction with B2B clients, searching for new clients and managing existing relationships
- Fulfillment of sales plans
- Creation of necessary templates, presentations, proposals, scripts, and more
- Presentation of company products and services to clients
- Identifying client needs and developing individual solutions
- Managing client projects (full cycle: organizing tests, customizing products, generating reports, controlling payment schedules)
- Drafting contracts and monitoring their execution
- Preparing information for financial planning and reporting
- Maintaining records in the CRM system
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred
- English proficiency at least at the B2 level
- High communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Confidence and ability to achieve set goals
- Proficient oral and written communication
- Experience with CRM systems like Bitrix 24, 1C, Binotel telephony, Google Docs, Excel, etc.
