About the Position

AAA Game Art Studio specializes in providing Art Outsource services to companies from Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Our clients represent the gaming development sector, as well as advertising agencies and publishing houses. We are looking for a qualified Sales Manager who will be responsible for closing deals with new partners and developing long-term relationships.

Requirements

• English language (not lower than Upper intermediate) + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian;
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience;
• Proficiency in CRM systems;
• Sales skills;
• Internet research skills;
• High level of business communication (oral, written speech, presentations).

Responsibilities

• Sending cold emails to clients according to the developed cycle;
• Searching for additional methods to find potential clients;
• Identifying client needs;
• Obtaining primary documentation;
• Working with CRM;
• Evaluating projects jointly with the team.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the IT market (technologies, competitors);
• Experience working in outsourcing companies related to art;
• Knowledge of the IT recruitment market;
• Results-oriented;
• Ability to work independently;
