About the Position

AAA Game Art Studio specializes in providing Art Outsource services to companies from Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Our clients represent the game development sector, as well as advertising agencies and publishing houses. We are looking for a qualified Sales Manager who will be responsible for concluding deals with new partners and developing long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sending cold emails to clients according to the developed cycle;
• Finding additional methods to search for potential clients;
• Identifying client needs;
• Obtaining primary documentation;
• Working with CRM;
• Evaluating projects in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

• English language proficiency (not lower than Upper-Intermediate) + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian;
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience;
• Proficiency in CRM systems;
• Sales skills;
• Internet research skills;
• High level of business communication (oral, written speech, presentations).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the IT market (technologies, competitors);
• Experience working in art-related outsourcing companies;
• Knowledge of the IT recruitment market;
• Results-oriented;
• Ability to work independently;

• Organization.
