About the Position

AAA Game Art Studio specializes in providing graphic creation services for companies from Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and Asia. Our clients represent both the gaming development sector and advertising agencies and publishers. We are looking for a qualified B2B Business Development Manager who will be responsible for closing deals with new partners and fostering long-term relationships. An energetic and highly motivated individual capable of identifying and developing new business opportunities from various sources.

Responsibilities

• Development of growth strategies and plans;
• Maintenance and development of relationships with existing clients;
• Search for potential B2B clients;
• Deep knowledge of business products and value propositions;
• Writing business proposals;
• Establishing long-term trust relationships with new and existing clients;
• Individual approach to each client (existing and potential);
• Negotiations, contract closing, payment control;
• Management of existing sales methods and development of new business solutions;
• Timely and accurate reporting;
• Active cooperation with recruiters and the business development team.

Requirements

• English language (C1 or C2) + knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian;
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales in the IT outsourcing sector;
• Deep knowledge of CRM systems;
• Sales skills;
• Ability to search for information on the Internet;
• Excellent business communication skills (oral, written, presentation);
• Time management and planning skills;
• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative ideas to the BizDev team.

• Knowledge of the IT market (technologies, competitors);
• Experience in art outsourcing;
• Knowledge of the IT recruitment market;
