About the Position
We are seeking a Regional Development Manager for our sales team in Kyiv, with experience in regional management and a focus on electronics and medical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing the work of regional offices (weekly reporting);
- Developing, coordinating with management, and implementing measures aimed at achieving the sales plan;
- Organizing exhibitions and technical seminars in collaboration with the marketing department;
- Preparing and conducting reports at the Central Office (twice a year);
- Organizing training for regional representatives;
- Planning special events to attract new clients;
- Preparing reports for management.
Requirements
- Mandatory technical education;
- Successful experience of at least 3 years in the position of a regional manager or representative;
- Experience in the electronics or medical equipment sector is welcome;
- Proficient user of PowerPoint, MS Office;
- Willingness to travel;
- Energetic, communicative, ability to lead people, professionalism, and diligence.
