About the Position
Golden Staff is a full-service staffing agency specializing in the selection, evaluation, development, and training of qualified specialists. We work with the largest national and international companies such as Credit Agricole, Amway, Coca-Cola, Grammarly, DHL, WOG, Platika, DTEK, and more.
Our foreign language department has an open position for a B2B Client Manager focused on Poland.

Responsibilities
- Interaction with B2B clients, searching for new clients (global market).
- Fulfillment of sales plans.
- Search and attraction of potential clients.
- Preparation of information for financial planning and reporting; execution of the development plan for the direction.
- Presentation of company products and services to clients.
- Identification of client needs and development of individual solutions.
- Support and consultation of clients regarding company products.
- Contract execution and control over their fulfillment.
- Record-keeping in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales is desirable.
- Knowledge of Polish and English at least at the B2 level.
- High communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-confidence and ability to achieve set goals.
- Proficient oral and written language.
- Knowledge of the Polish market and its specifics.
- Experience with CRM systems like Bitrix 24, 1C, telephony Binotel, Google Docs, Excel, etc.
