About the Position
GOLDEN STAFF - a full-cycle recruiting agency with over 20 years of successful experience in providing HR services, is looking for an HR People partner to join our team!
We need an experienced and proactive specialist who will strengthen the existing team of the company (50 people) and help ensure favorable conditions for its growth.
We are waiting for you in our team if you:
- Have HR experience of at least 2 years
- Understand complex business processes
- Possess a high level of emotional intelligence
- Know modern methods of training, motivation, and personnel evaluation
- Understand the importance of developing corporate culture and employer branding
- Can independently set up quality communication within the team
- Possess organizational and managerial skills
- Can implement solutions in practice, not just in theory!
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Searching for and selecting employees for the company staff
- Developing the company's corporate culture
- Developing and implementing administration systems
- Adapting, training, motivating, and evaluating personnel
- Organizing meetings, training sessions, and corporate events
Your initial tasks in the position will be:
- Closing existing vacant positions in the company
- Developing a "welcome training" and "welcome pack"
- Describing the company's organizational structure
- Creating job profiles and job descriptions
- Implementing a KPI system and motivation system
