- Confidently work with Microsoft Office, particularly having excellent proficiency in Excel;
- Understand the automotive goods market (experience in the relevant industry is a significant advantage);

- Easily find common ground with partners and colleagues;
- Can work effectively in a dynamic environment and multitask.
Responsibilities
Analytics and Inventory Management
- Analyze the market and product categories in the company's assortment
- Manage inventory across the network: control of stock levels in warehouses and stores
- Plan purchases considering seasonality, marketing activities, and sales forecasts
- Control minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or surpluses
Procurement and Supply
- Analyze the company's needs and develop the procurement direction
- Form supplier orders based on demand, stock levels, and sales plans
- Search for and select new suppliers, negotiate terms of cooperation
- Monitor the timeliness of deliveries and logistics processes
Pricing and Profitability
- Monitor the automotive goods market to adjust purchasing prices
- Negotiate discounts, bonuses, and payment terms
- Analyze the profitability of product items
Reporting and Financial Control
- Prepare reports on procurement, stock levels, and sales
- Analyze supplier performance (product quality, delivery times, pricing policy)
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in the automotive goods market
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
