About the Position

3DTech is a Ukrainian manufacturer that creates innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and protection of the country. We operate in a highly sensitive area where security is a critical element of stable operations.

We are looking for a Security Manager to establish a reliable system of access control, information protection, internal discipline, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Organization and maintenance of the physical security system of facilities (offices, production, warehouses)
• Control of employee and visitor access (including record keeping and passes)
• Detection and prevention of internal threats (idleness, information leakage, unauthorized levels)
• Conducting inspections, audits, and service investigations
• Collaboration with security contractors, security services, law enforcement agencies (as needed)
• Development and implementation of internal security policies
• Monitoring information risks (including open source, Telegram, etc.)

Requirements

• Experience in security / security services / security / internal audit (from 3 years)
• Understanding of the basic principles of physical and information security
• Ability to work with confidential information, maintain objectivity
• System thinking, attention to detail, stress resistance
• Confident proficiency in PC, Excel / Google Sheets, basic skills in working with access systems

Nice to Have

• Experience in the defense, manufacturing, or critical infrastructure sectors
• Knowledge of cyber hygiene principles, technical control measures (video surveillance, alarm systems, etc.)
• Experience in conducting service investigations
