Key Tasks

• Processing inquiries from partners and internal departments;
• Advisory support on insurance contract maintenance;
• Interaction with related structural units to resolve operational issues;
• Monitoring timely execution of operational requests;
• Operational support of the assigned portfolio of partners.
• Termination of insurance contracts early;
• Re-issuance of insurance contracts;
• Cancellation of insurance contracts;
• Making changes to insurance contracts;
• Conducting reconciliations with partners;
• Generating accounts, registers, and other financial documentation;
• Monitoring the timeliness of payments;
• Monitoring the correctness of agency remuneration accruals;
• Organization and monitoring of financial monitoring.

Requirements

• Higher education (economics/finance/accounting and auditing);
• Preferably with experience in insurance, banking, or financial/operational block;
• Analytical thinking;
• Attention to detail;
• Knowledge of legislation and business processes;
• Digital literacy;
• Skills in working with contracts, financial documentation, and information systems.
