Description of the Vacancy

Key Tasks:

• Processing inquiries from partners and internal departments;
• Providing advisory support on insurance contract maintenance;
• Collaborating with related structural units to resolve operational issues;
• Monitoring timely execution of operational requests;
• Operational support of assigned partner portfolio.
• Formalizing early termination of insurance contracts;
• Reissuing insurance contracts;
• Canceling insurance contracts;
• Making changes to insurance contracts;
• Conducting reconciliations with partners;
• Generating invoices, registers, and other financial documentation;
• Monitoring timely payments;
• Ensuring correct calculation of agency remuneration;
• Organizing and monitoring financial monitoring.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics/finance/accounting and auditing);
• Preferably with experience in insurance, banking, or financial/operational block;
• Analytical thinking;
• Attention to detail;
• Knowledge of legislation and business processes;
• Digital literacy;
• Skills in working with contracts, financial documentation, and information systems.
