About the Position
3DTECH is a Ukrainian company that creates innovative unmanned technologies for reconnaissance, defense, and protection of the country. We specialize in the development and production of FPV drones, and we are actively growing and expanding our team. Our goal is to strengthen Ukraine's technological advantage on the battlefield. We are looking for an International Relations Manager who will establish effective external communication, represent the company at the international level, and maintain strategic relationships.
Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with foreign partners, investors, funds, representatives of companies, organizations, and institutions.
- Attracting international financing.
- Participation in international projects related to the promotion of strategically important products.
- Coordination between teams within the company: preparing materials, speeches, accompanying delegations.
- Preparing presentations, informational materials, letters, and reports in English.
- Representing the company at international events, forums (online/offline).
- Maintaining a contact database, communication documentation, meeting protocols.
Requirements
- Experience in international communications, diplomacy, business development, or international cooperation (at least 3 years).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written), knowledge of another foreign language is desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Independence, initiative, and diplomacy.
- Ability to work with documents, structured reports, and presentations.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with international donors, funds, government, or defense structures.
- Understanding of technical or military-technical topics.
- Having your own contact base of international companies.
- Higher education in international relations, international business management, or communications.
