About the Position

Position: Training Manager

Description: We are seeking a Training Manager to plan and conduct online training for new DocDream users on various topics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct online training sessions for new DocDream users.
• Develop training materials and resources.
• Assess training effectiveness and make improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in implementing DocDream projects in medical centers.
• Knowledge of DocDream's functional modules at the configuration and usage level.
• Understanding of service and business processes in private medical institutions.
• Medical, pedagogical, or economic education.
• Comfortable with oral communication and online presentations to medical center staff.
• Fluent in spoken and written Ukrainian. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex things clearly and concisely.
• Patience in communicating and training users.
• Respect for logical and analytical thinking and clarity of expression.
• Mature approach to work: independent planning, decision-making, and accountability.
• Curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Willingness to admit mistakes or lack of knowledge.
• Healthy cynicism and the ability to laugh at oneself.

• Schedule: Flexible, by agreement with clients
• Work Format: 100% online, no travel
• Salary: 35000−45000 UAH
