About the Position
We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager (L&D Manager) to join our team in Kyiv, focusing on performance assessment, training, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment (Оцінка): Organization and conduct of regular personnel assessment (Performance Review, 360 degrees, competency assessment). Analysis of results and formation of individual development plans (IDP).
- Training (Навчання): Identification of training needs for the head office and regional network. Creation of an annual training plan for various departments. Organization of internal and external training, webinars, and courses.
- Development (Розвиток): Building a talent reserve system (Talent Management). Working with managers on the development of leadership qualities of their teams.
- LMS & Content (LMS & Контент): Administration of the learning platform and creation of training content (presentations, guides, online courses).
- Analytics (Аналітика): Evaluation of training effectiveness (Kirkpatrick model, ROI) and reporting.
Requirements
- Higher education (a degree in "psychology" is a plus).
- Experience in HR (L&D, Assessment, or as an HR Generalist) of at least 2 years.
- Proficiency in personnel assessment methods such as Assessment Center, 360 degrees, KPI/OKR, and competency assessment.
- Understanding of modern adult learning methodologies (70-20-10 model).
- Facilitation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to transform complex information into simple and understandable training materials.
