About the Position

We are looking for an energetic and creative Business Process Optimization Manager to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Description, analysis, and modeling of company business processes in BPMN 2.0 notation;
- Development of the target vision of business processes ("TO BE") and their improvement;
- Conducting business process reengineering to reduce costs and increase efficiency;
- Assessing the impact of changes, identifying duplicate and inefficient operations;
- Formulating recommendations for process automation and innovation implementation;
- Close interaction with other company departments for the integration of new business processes;
- Identifying factors affecting process efficiency, conducting interviews with process participants;
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, developing hypotheses and proposals for their optimization;
- Coordinating cross-functional teams during the implementation of process reengineering;
- Implementing business process management methodologies and using best practices in this field.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position for at least 6 months;
- Experience in modeling and optimizing business processes, knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and effectively build communications;
- Skills in working with programs: Miro, Visio, Camunda.
