Job Title: Менеджер з підтримки клієнтів
We are seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team in Ukraine, providing telephone support to leading companies.
Picture: Kristina Bondar, who started as a Customer Support Manager (operator) and later became the Operations Director of the company.
Responsibilities
- Consulting clients of leading companies in Ukraine (our customers) – all in telephone mode using a ready database
- Registering information in the database and processing orders
Requirements
- Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages
- Politeness, responsibility
- Basic PC skills
Salary
- From 8000 UAH
