About the Position
Enzym Group - a Ukrainian biotech company with over 30 years of experience in research and development of yeast products. With four business areas and our own R&D center, we provide partners in 28 countries with food, feed, bakery, and yeast solutions to improve people's quality of life by integrating biotechnology into their daily lives.
In Ukraine, we are the market leader in baking - 2 out of 3 bakeries bake with our yeast, and over 50% of our production is exported to Europe, Asia, and Africa.
We invite you to join our team as a Sales Manager (B2C, Healthy Food, HoReCa & Retail).
Responsibilities
- Development of sales of products in HoReCa, retail channels, and distribution
- Fulfillment of sales plans and ensuring revenue growth
- Development and expansion of the client base
- Sales management through distributors (sell-in)
- Development of sell-out through client work and trade marketing activities
- Conducting negotiations with key clients (HoReCa, local networks, Modern Trade)
- Monitoring product representation (shelf, menu, POS materials)
- Sales analysis and channel effectiveness
- Planning and monitoring the achievement of KPIs by partners
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in FMCG (food / beverage)
- Experience working with HoReCa channels and/or retail networks
- Experience in interacting with distributors and managing sales through partners
- Ability to independently develop clients: conduct negotiations, connect new points, build long-term relationships
- Understanding of trade marketing principles and their impact on sell-out
- Results-oriented and working with sales indicators
- Proactive, initiative, and possessing developed commercial thinking
- Ready for fieldwork and business trips
Nice to Have
- Experience working with the healthy food / organic products category
- Participation in the launch of new SKUs in FMCG
