About the Position
SYNEX LOGISTICS is an international logistics company established in early 2022 in the heart of Ukraine. Our services include contract logistics, global transportation, customs brokerage, and more. By 2025, the company will have a presence in Europe and Kazakhstan.
We are looking for a Sales Manager (Logistics) to join our team in Kyiv. The ideal candidate will not only understand logistics but also excel in building long-term partnerships with clients and turning negotiations into successful agreements.
Responsibilities
- Actively seek and attract new clients in the B2B segment.
- Consult potential and existing clients on the company's logistics solutions.
- Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and finalize contracts.
- Manage the client database and reporting in CRM.
- Execute individual sales plans (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality client solutions.
Requirements
- Communication skills with colleagues, partners, and clients.
- Understanding of the competitive environment and specifics of logistics services.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a team and clearly convey information.
- Desire to develop, learn new things, and grow as a professional.
