About the Position

Kyivstar.Tech is seeking a Sales Manager for the TutTam project, a FoodTech service marketplace. Join our team to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to partner onboarding and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full sales cycle for the TutTam service: from lead search and qualification to contract signing.
• Conduct pitches/demos of the service for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, among other services.
• Organize the onboarding of establishments: setting up the account, menu/catalog, prices and stock, staff training.
• Support partner operations: launching activations, monitoring first sales, retention.
• Coordinate integrations with the tech team.
• Maintain the database: funnel, tasks, notes, forecasts, KPI reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years in B2B/B2C sales or partner onboarding (preferably HoReCa/retail/marketplaces/foodtech).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, independence, responsibility for results.
• Experience in full-cycle sales: lead generation → demo → negotiation → signing → activation.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and presentations.
• Understanding of basic unit economics (margin, CAC, LTV, payback) and the ability to argue with numbers.

• Experience launching pilots/new geos, partner programs.
• Experience connecting establishments to services/marketplaces.
