About the Position
Smart Solutions, an international HR services and business process outsourcing provider, has been operating in countries such as Ukraine, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and Georgia for over 15 years. We are currently seeking a BTL Development Manager for our partner, which specializes in recruitment and staffing/merchandising services in Ukraine for local and international clients.
Responsibilities
- Processing incoming client requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Initial qualification of requests and determining client needs.
- Supporting the client through all stages of project implementation from initial contact to project completion.
- Calculating, forming, and preparing project budgets.
- Coordinating the work of promoters, consultants, and field staff.
- Setting tasks, monitoring execution, and collecting reports from the team.
- Ensuring continuous communication with the field team during project implementation.
- Organizing and conducting BTL projects, promotions, and tastings.
- Preparing project documentation and necessary materials for activities.
- Coordinating logistics within projects.
- Quality control and adherence to standards on projects.
- Analyzing and processing new client requests and cases.
- Participating in the development of new promotional formats and improving work processes.
- Assisting in organizing exhibitions, events, and preparing exhibition stands.
- Contributing to the development of new business areas within the company.
Requirements
- Higher or secondary specialized education.
- Experience in an advertising agency is mandatory.
- Preferred experience in roles such as Supervisor, Promo Project Manager, Account Coordinator, regional manager, or coordinator.
- Experience with client inquiries.
- Skills in forming project estimates and budgets.
- Experience in coordinating teams of promoters, consultants, and field staff.
- Understanding of BTL project specifics (promotions, tastings, consultations, etc.).
- Proficient user of MS Excel.
- Basic skills in working with CRM systems and document management.
- Responsibility and independence in decision-making.
- High communication skills and customer orientation.
- Stress tolerance and ability to multitask.
- Initiative and willingness to develop the direction.
- Ability to organize team work and maintain focus on results.
