We are looking for a Tender Manager who will be responsible for the full cycle of company participation in tenders - from analyzing conditions to preparing and submitting a competitive proposal.

Our strong brand and reputation open doors to collaborations with well-known companies, and each participation in a tender has weight and influence on the outcome.

Responsibilities

Monitor and moderate requests from tender platforms and direct invitations according to the tender calendar.
Analyze procurement conditions and validate our participation.
Organize tasks for the team to prepare documentation and proposals.
Coordinate the preparation process with marketers, lawyers, and financiers.
Maintain CRM and adhere to participation deadlines.
Communicate with clients and submit process reports.

Requirements

Experience in tender procurement of commercial services from 1 year.
Understanding of tender procedures and procurement logic.
Ability to prepare a full package of tender documentation (commercial proposals, presentations, budgets, technical annexes).
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems.
Experience with tender platforms (ProZorro, Zakupki.prom.ua, SmartTender, E-Tender).
Analytical thinking: ability to assess requirements, risks, and chances of winning.
Ability to work with large amounts of information and deadlines.

Basic understanding of marketing.
