About the Position
Enzym Group is a Ukrainian biotech company with over 30 years of experience in research and development of yeast products.
Four business directions and our own R&D center provide partners in 28 countries with food, feed, bakery, and yeast solutions to improve the quality of life by implementing biotechnology in their daily lives.
We are always one step ahead, so we are looking for specialists who will strengthen our team and move forward with us.
Responsibilities
- Conducting international procurements (organizing and controlling the entire supply chain-from negotiations with suppliers to delivering goods to the warehouse).
- Drafting international contracts for the purchase of goods and services.
- Monitoring and controlling costs associated with imports.
- Working with documentation, preparing a package of documents for customs clearance of goods.
- Operational work in the SAP system.
- Market monitoring, searching for new suppliers.
- Interaction with related departments of the company regarding import orders.
Requirements
- Experience with 1C, SAP
- Attention to detail
- Systematic approach and ability to work with large amounts of information
- Communication skills
