Description

We are seeking a Strategic Planning Manager to join our team in Kyiv, responsible for developing and updating strategic plans, analyzing market and internal conditions, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Key Tasks

Analysis of the Environment

• Development and updating of the Company's strategic plans;
• Analysis of the market environment, competitors, and the internal state of the Company;
• Preparation of analytical materials for making strategic decisions.

Development of Strategies

• Formulation of long-term goals, identification of ways to achieve them;
• Coordination of cross-functional interaction regarding the implementation of strategic initiatives between the Company's departments;
• Monitoring the implementation of strategic tasks and maintaining a register of strategic goals;
• Preparation of regular reports on the progress of strategy implementation upon request.

Resource Planning

• Organization of coordination between departments of the necessary resources (financial, human, technical) for the implementation of plans.

Change Management

• Adaptation of the strategy in accordance with changes in the external environment.

Monitoring and Control

• Participation in the preparation of presentation and information materials, analytical studies, analytical notes;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjustment of actions;
• Participation in the improvement of the methodology of strategic analysis, monitoring, and management of strategic risks in the Company.

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of economics, finance, or banking;
• Experience in the insurance business at the level of financial analysis is a plus;
• Knowledge and practical skills in analyzing the external environment of the company, diagnosing its internal state, identifying trends, and the needs of insurance business clients;
• Experience in preparing analytical studies, analytical notes, information guides in the field of economics, finance, or insurance;
• Experience in processing large datasets;
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, Canva, Power Bi, and other tools for visualizing information;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, focus on results, a desire for continuous learning and development, and teamwork.
