Description of the Vacancy

Key Tasks:

Analysis of the Environment:

1. Development and updating of the Company's strategic plans;
2. Analysis of the market environment, competitors, and the internal state of the Company;
3. Preparation of analytical materials for making strategic decisions.

Development of Strategies:

1. Formulation of long-term goals, identification of ways to achieve them;
2. Coordination of cross-functional interaction regarding the implementation of strategic initiatives between the Company's departments;
3. Monitoring the implementation of strategic tasks and maintaining a register of strategic goals;
4. Preparation of regular reports on the progress of strategy implementation upon request.

Resource Planning:

1. Organization of coordination between departments of necessary resources (financial, human, technical) for the implementation of plans.

Change Management:

1. Adaptation of the strategy in accordance with changes in the external environment.

Monitoring and Control:

1. Participation in the preparation of presentation and informational materials, analytical studies, analytical notes;
2. Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjustment of actions;
3. Participation in the improvement of the methodology of strategic analysis, monitoring, and management of strategic risks in the Company.

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics, finance, or banking;
• Experience in the insurance business at the level of financial analysis is an advantage;
• Knowledge and practical skills in analyzing the external environment of the company, diagnosing its internal state, identifying trends, and the needs of insurance business clients;
• Experience in preparing analytical studies, analytical notes, information guides in the field of economics, finance, or insurance;
• Experience in processing large data sets;
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Power BI, and other tools for visualizing information;
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, result-oriented, desire for continuous learning and development, teamwork.
