AUTO.RIA helps millions of Ukrainians safely buy and sell cars with a verified history. The marketplace gathers 9 million users monthly, and the number of app downloads exceeds 29 million times.
We are looking for a Customer Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Processing applications from buyers for auto credit/leasing (checklist work, selecting and transferring requests to partners);
- Calculating financing terms for customers according to identified needs;
- Interaction with partners;
- Managing the client from the beginning to the end of the transaction;
- Creating value and confidence in the transparency of the financing procedure;
- Actively participating in improving the financing product, collecting feedback, and delivering it to the product team.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze information and work with numbers;
- Negotiation skills and finding individual solutions even in complex issues;
- Willingness to work in a team, openness to change, and ability to adapt quickly;
- Fluent speech;
- Proactivity and empathy.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of the lending sphere;
- Experience in the banking sector (loan provision sector).
