About the Position

hromadske is looking for a creative and energetic community manager to join the marketing team. The role involves developing, engaging, and maintaining communication with our community members.

Responsibilities

• Participate in creating the strategy for the development of the hromadske community, increasing its size, and maintaining communication with its participants;
• Initiate, develop, and improve formats for community development;
• Involvement in organizing meetings between the editorial team and the community;
• Participation in brainstorming sessions within the team with designers and the marketing team;
• Moderation of communication in community chats;
• Management and promotion of hromadske accounts on the buymeacoffee platform;
• Involvement in organizing events.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills;
• High level of organization;
• Genuine interest in people and their needs;
• Ability to work with information and attention to detail.
