We are looking for a Sales Testing Manager to join our User Care Service team.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work on two main areas of tasks:
Testing Sales
- Placing ads for the sale of cars and real estate.
- Recording phone calls and written inquiries.
Customer Consultation
- Incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Providing advice and assistance in resolving issues via phone, chat, or email.
Requirements
- Adaptability and the ability to work on multiple parallel processes.
- Customer-centricity and a desire to help users.
- Confident verbal and written communication in Ukrainian.
- Collaboration with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Technical readiness: stable internet (the company provides equipment).
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience in customer support or contact center.
Interview Stages
- After resume selection - a phone call with a recruiter.
- Online interview with the team leader and a trainer.
- Paid internship in the office in Vinnytsia (2-3 weeks).
