About the Position
Merchandise and Production Manager
We are seeking a Senior Merchandise and Production Manager to join our fast-growing business group. This role is part of a multicultural team in a dynamic work environment, offering an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of a top-tier team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor production processes
- Optimize resources
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Full cycle of preparing merchandise for events and company stands for international exhibitions in the field of I-Gaming
- Creation and planning of production by the requirements and tasks
- Planning merchandise "in theory" (proposals for concepts, creation of catalogs)
- Maintaining a database of contractors, creating briefs, agreeing on the terms of interaction with contractors
- Merch logistics
- Control of the availability of finished products, shipment, and dispatch to events
- Preparation of budgets and estimates, monitoring compliance
- Monitoring and analysis of the market, novelties, trends in the sphere, and proposal of new concepts based on them
- Collection and processing of artifacts based on the event's results ("work on the bugs")
