About the Position

We are seeking a Merchandise and Production Manager to join our fast-growing business group. This role is responsible for planning and executing production for events and exhibitions, ensuring compliance with quality standards and optimizing resources.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and monitor production processes
  • Optimize resources
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Prepare merchandise for events, company stands for international exhibitions in the field of I-Gaming (conferences, exhibitions, etc.)
  • Create and plan production by the requirements and tasks (conferences, exhibitions, meetups, image parties, etc.)
  • Plan merchandise "in theory" (proposals for concepts, creation of catalogs)
  • Maintain a database of contractors, create briefs, and agree on the terms of interaction with contractors
  • Handle merch logistics
  • Control the availability of finished products, shipment, and dispatch to events
  • Prepare budgets and estimates, monitor compliance
  • Monitor and analyze the market, novelties, trends in the sphere, and propose new concepts based on them
  • Collect and process artifacts based on the event's results ("work on the bugs")

Requirements

  • Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry
  • Experience using Asana and Jira
  • Fluent Ukrainian/Russian, English level B1 or higher
