Currently, we are inviting a specialist to join our team as a "Methodologist for Internal Regulatory Documents."

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain internal regulatory documents of the company;
• Analyze changes in legislation and regulatory acts of the National Bank of Ukraine and the State Fiscal Service, assessing their impact on the company's activities;
• Provide methodological support to departments on cash discipline, payment services, accounting of payment transactions in accounting systems, and the preparation of payment documents;
• Participate in the coordination of business processes, products, services, and internal documents;
• Prepare requests to the NBU and DFS, analyze received clarifications;
• Prepare functional requirements and technical tasks for process automation and the formation of payment and settlement documents, participate in testing during their implementation and control over the compliance of implemented requirements;
• Participate in testing improvements of accounting and operational systems.

Requirements

• Higher economic education;
• Experience in banking institutions, non-banking financial institutions, or payment service providers in the areas of methodology, cash operations, or support of internal regulatory documents for at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of regulatory acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in the field of payment services, cash operations organization, and cash and payment document preparation;
• Knowledge of tax legislation requirements regarding fiscalization of transactions;
• Understanding of the principles of cash operations organization, payment processes, business processes of a financial company, and requirements for internal regulatory documents;
• Experience or practical skills in developing, updating, and supporting internal regulatory documents, analyzing legislative changes, and assessing their impact on the company's activities, preparing requests to state bodies, including the NBU and DFS, and analyzing received clarifications;
• Skills in methodological support for the implementation of new products and services, development and coordination of business processes, preparation of functional requirements, and setting technical tasks for process automation, formation of cash, payment, and fiscal documents, as well as participation in testing implemented improvements;
• Experience with the ABS Scrooge (or knowledge of the basic principles of its operation) is a plus;
• Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
