About the Position
BIOVECO LLC, a leading company in the distribution of high-quality veterinary vaccines, pharmaceuticals, disinfectants, and innovative equipment for industrial poultry farming in Tajikistan, is seeking a highly qualified International Veterinary Expert / Lead Consultant. We are at the stage of large-scale digital and structural transformation, integrating modern CRM systems, expanding our brand portfolio, and launching advanced audit programs.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Expert Support (Consulting): Technological audit of client poultry farms (analysis of biosafety systems, microclimate, feeding programs, and veterinary protection).
- Management of Immunization Programs: Development, adaptation, and implementation of individual vaccination schemes for broilers, laying hens, and parent flocks considering the epizootic situation in Central Asia.
- Laboratory Diagnostics (IFA): Conducting, managing, and interpreting results of serological studies (working with standard international IFA/ELISA test systems based on BioChek / ID.vet laboratory complexes).
- Vaccination Quality Control (Service): Setting up and auditing the operation of automatic incubator equipment for vaccination (spray booths, Dovac/Desvac injectors), training incubator staff.
- Working in "Tandem": Joint strategic visits with sales managers to major clients (SA/KA accounts). Veterinary protection of commercial offers (translating the language of veterinary science into the language of business and profit for poultry farms).
- Training and Development: Conducting scientific-practical seminars and training for veterinary doctors of poultry farms and internal staff of BIOVECO.
Requirements
- Education: Higher veterinary education.
- Experience: At least 3 years as a chief/leading veterinary doctor in large industrial poultry farms (broilers, parent flocks) or in international veterinary pharmaceutical companies.
- Hard Skills:
- Impeccable knowledge of pathological anatomy of birds, epizootology, modern approaches to the prevention of infectious diseases in poultry.
- Experience with modern laboratory equipment (IFA) and automatic vaccinators in incubators.
- Understanding of modern biosafety standards for poultry farms.
- Soft Skills:
- Project management and business competencies: presentation and public speaking skills; ability to consult poultry farm owners and managers; skills in preparing analytical reports and recommendations; ability to work in a project format and achieve agreed results; ability to translate veterinary-technological solutions into economic benefits for the client.
- Personal qualities: leadership and high personal responsibility; system thinking; initiative and result orientation; high level of professional ethics; ability to communicate and build long-term partnerships; willingness to work in a multicultural environment; desire for continuous professional development.
- Languages: Fluent in Russian. Knowledge of English (at the level of reading technical and international documentation for drugs) is a significant advantage.
