About the Position
We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join our team in Tokyo, Japan, contributing to business growth and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Finance Business Partner: Drive business growth by effectively linking business operations to financial outcomes.
- Monthly and Quarterly Forecasting: Create and update the latest outlook for the current year regularly. Identify and address risks and opportunities that require continuous monitoring.
- Performance Reporting and Analysis: Report monthly and quarterly performance and conduct necessary analyses to provide insights and key management areas to the executive team.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Manage and improve the accounts receivable period.
Requirements
- Proven experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance.
- Ability to lead and solve challenges by engaging stakeholders and delivering results.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly to different audiences.
- Ownership and accountability for results.
- Analytical skills to analyze data and facts, paying attention to details.
- Ability to think and act independently rather than waiting for instructions.
- Preference for speed and execution over perfection.
- Strong interest and passion for recruiting, developing, and supporting the growth of talent.
