About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant with a clear focus on Identity and Exchange (tenant migrations). You will join a team of experts that guides organizations through complex Microsoft 365 processes: from carve-outs and consolidations to complete cloud transformations.
Migrations are not copy-paste, but complex transformations. Identity is a strategic foundation, and you will make a real difference with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing Identity solutions (Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Performing tenant-to-tenant migrations (Exchange, identities, workloads)
- Designing hybrid and cloud-native Exchange environments
- Supervising AD consolidations, carve-outs, and greenfield setups
- Implementing Identity & Access governance and security
- Automating processes with PowerShell
- Advising on best practices in Modern Workplace and cloud-first architecture
You will work both autonomously and in a team in high-complexity enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as an M365 / Exchange / Cloud / Identity consultant
- Ability to perform complex migrations and architectures end-to-end
- Solution-oriented mindset with a security-first approach
- Fluent communication with both IT and business stakeholders
- Proactive attitude and keeping up with Microsoft 365 evolutions
