Job Description
About the Role:
You will help companies implement Microsoft 365 Copilot in a way that adds real value to their daily work. Together with IT, Security, and business units, you will develop a clear, pragmatic path: from initial use cases and pilot projects to enablement and meaningful guidelines (governance). You will ensure that data, permissions, and collaboration in Microsoft 365 are well-prepared, so that Copilot can provide helpful, relevant answers. You will work collaboratively, moderate different perspectives, and make complex topics understandable.
Responsibilities
- Establish Copilot Programs: You will support companies in getting started with Microsoft 365 Copilot, from initial workshops and use cases to broad implementation. Your focus: quickly move into implementation and create real value in everyday life.
- Enablement & Change: You will make Copilot understandable and usable, with practical training, clear communication, and a champion network that sustainably anchors usage.
- Governance & Data Management: You will define clear rules for usage together with the customer and ensure that data is structured, secure, and Copilot-ready.
- Security & Compliance: You will involve IT and Security early and ensure that Copilot fits into existing requirements, pragmatically, securely, and usably.
- Measurability & Steering: You will make adoption visible, define clear success metrics, and help to develop the program purposefully.
- Consulting & Sparring: You will connect IT, Security, and business units, structure decisions, and translate goals into concrete, actionable steps.
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: You are familiar with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive from practice and can explain topics such as structure, permissions, and search understandably.
- AI Understanding: You have a solid basic understanding of generative AI and know when it is used sensibly. You convey prompting and quality assurance pragmatically.
- Copilot Experience: You are familiar with Copilot from practice and understand what works well and where the limits are, including use cases, data basis, and prompts.
- Enablement & Change: You enable people to use new tools safely, with clear training, practical examples, and understandable communication.
- Workshop & Moderation: You conduct workshops in a structured manner and connect IT and business. You bring different perspectives together cleanly.
- Consulting Approach: You quickly recognize what customers really need and translate it into concrete, actionable steps.
- Technical Understanding: You move confidently in Microsoft 365 and can categorize admin topics. Technical topics do not intimidate you.
