Microsoft 365 Engineering – Hybrid (Lisbon)

Responsibilities

• Hard Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
  • Expertise in Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Expertise of Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and hybrid identity models.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Security & Compliance Center (nice to have).
  • Expertise with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Solid M365 licensing models and integrated app management.
  • Strong level of PowerShell Scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical expertise.
  • Excellent interface and documentation handling.
  • Strong expertise of DNS, TCP/IP, and network security principles.
  • Expertise with supporting hybrid deployment and migration strategies.
  • Stakeholder management expertise.
  • Providing service independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • English environment.
