About the Position
We're seeking a Senior Microsoft BI Developer for ING Hubs Romania to create insights from data via BI solutions used in ING’s Wholesale Banking Services.
Responsibilities
- Using Agile SCRUM principles to deliver, maintain, and extend the BI solution;
- Actively involved in requirement analysis and implementing them end to end;
- Being in charge of the reliability of the solution;
- Proactive in managing solution architecture and performance;
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or higher (SSIS and SSAS);
- OLAP Modelling exposure;
- Experience with data warehouse, data modelling, and reports using Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or higher;
- Experience in reports presentation using Reporting Services (SSRS);
- Experience in dealing with large quantities of data (and performance tuning);
- Ability to translate requirements;
- Experience with pair programming and automated release management;
- Passionate about data insights;
- Experience with Azure DevOps is considered a plus;
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
