About the Position

Microsoft Cloud & Digital Workplace Specialist - Up to HKD60k

Location: Hong Kong

Salary: HK$60,000 to HK$65,000 HKD

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance enterprise Microsoft cloud and digital workplace solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence.
• Drive architecture, integration, and governance across Microsoft technologies, including cloud infrastructure, collaboration, identity, security, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and user experience.
• Define and maintain architecture standards, security best practices, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and business continuity.
• Lead technical solution design, provide architectural guidance for complex projects, and mentor engineering teams on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, regional teams, vendors, and business leaders to deliver technology initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience within enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, digital workplace, or solution architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering Microsoft cloud and workplace solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud services, productivity platforms, identity management, security technologies, and enterprise collaboration solutions.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled workplace technologies or modern productivity initiatives would be highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of cloud security, identity governance, access management, information protection, and compliance best practices.
• Experience with workflow automation, low-code platforms, or business process optimization is preferred.
• Good understanding of hybrid cloud environments, enterprise networking, monitoring, and infrastructure architecture.
• Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous for collaboration with regional stakeholders.
