About the Position

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Enablement and Governance Lead to join our global enterprise organization. The role focuses on driving digital transformation through AI-powered productivity platforms and enterprise automation. The successful candidate will ensure the secure adoption of modern AI technologies while maintaining governance, compliance, and scalable business enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout and adoption of enterprise AI capabilities across the organization
  • Prioritize AI features and maintain a structured product backlog aligned with business objectives
  • Own the end-to-end approval process for new AI capabilities, including assessment, risk review, approvals, and exception management
  • Coordinate with Security, Legal, Privacy, Architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant and secure solution delivery
  • Define and maintain governance standards for AI solutions, connectors, plugins, integrations, and data access
  • Establish secure approaches for integrating enterprise and external data sources into AI solutions
  • Develop enablement materials, documentation, and training initiatives to support user adoption
  • Maintain governance documentation and audit records to support compliance requirements
  • Monitor platform adoption, usage, and performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Manage the lifecycle of AI capabilities, including rollout, enhancement, retirement, and decommissioning
  • Track solution costs, usage trends, and business value to support continuous optimization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, AI Platforms, Enterprise Applications, or similar roles
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, enterprise AI productivity solutions, or similar AI platforms
  • Experience managing product backlogs, feature prioritization, and release planning
  • Proven experience implementing governance, compliance, and security practices for enterprise technology platforms
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Security, Legal, Privacy, Architecture, and business teams
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of AI capabilities, from evaluation and deployment through ongoing optimization
  • Understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, connectors, extensibility, and data access concepts
  • Experience monitoring platform adoption, usage analytics, and capability performance
  • Experience with FinOps principles, cloud cost management, and AI platform cost optimization
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

Nice to Have

  • Experience with enterprise AI governance frameworks
  • Experience implementing Microsoft 365 or Microsoft ecosystem solutions
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and privacy standards
  • Experience supporting AI adoption, organizational change management, or user enablement initiatives
