About the Position
Qualysoft is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to configure, extend, and continuously improve the Dynamics landscape for our client, a leading IT solutions and services provider in Germany.
Location: Germany (City is open)
Start: 01.01.2027
Duration: 12 months
Capacity: 100%
Working model: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week on site
Project language: German and English
Salary: €480 - €520 a day
Responsibilities
As a key contributor to a cross-functional team, you will shape the Dynamics solution landscape and ensure it meets business needs in a stable and scalable way.
- Configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 according to business requirements
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Design and implement integrations with surrounding systems (e.g., via Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, APIs)
- Support data migration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities
- Provide second- and third-level support, analyze incidents, and ensure system stability
- Act as the point of contact between business departments, IT, and external partners
- Document solutions and train key users
- Proactively identify improvement potential and contribute to release and change management
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Solid knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse
- Experience with system integrations (REST APIs, Azure services)
- Good understanding of business processes in [sales / customer service / finance]
- Experience in requirements analysis and in working directly with business stakeholders
- Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Fluent German and English
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform)
- Development experience (C#/.NET, plug-ins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)
- Background in IT services or consulting
