Our Consulting team at BearingPoint is dedicated to optimizing client business operations through Microsoft-centric business platforms and cloud technologies. With deep expertise in Microsoft Business Applications-including Dynamics 365 (including Dynamics 365 Business Central), Power Platform, and the broader BizApps ecosystem-we help organizations streamline finance, operations, supply chain, and customer engagement processes while enabling data-driven decision-making.

Data and analytics are central to our approach, with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure data services delivering actionable insights at scale. On the cloud side, we design and implement secure, resilient, and scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure, embedding security by design through Microsoft Security technologies such as Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.

In addition, our team develops integrated front-end and back-end applications using the Power Platform and Azure services, ensuring intuitive, mobile-friendly access to business applications and end-to-end process integration across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to analyze their business processes, requirements, and objectives, and provide guidance on how to leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to meet their needs;
• Configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including customizations, integrations, and extensions;
• Conduct system assessments, identify gaps, and develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' existing systems;
• Provide guidance to clients' end-users on the effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery;
• Stay updated with the latest developments and features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team;
• Offering recommendations on best practices and industry standards in relation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant or a similar role, working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform;
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent qualification;
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with configuring, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions;
• Ideally, possess relevant certifications such as Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer Associate or similar;
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a strong team player;
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment, with the ability to be present in the office once a week.
