Microsoft Power Platform Consultant

About the Position

We are looking for a proactive professional to join our consulting team that strives to deliver turn-key business solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, which is the leading low-code/no-code IT platform in the world. You will work together with our internal team (PMs, Consultants, Technical Architects, Developers, etc.) to execute customer projects from initial demand to the live product. It’s an enterprise-scale project with an opportunity to work with customers across multiple countries and departments.

Responsibilities

• Potential project discovery
• Scope of work creation
• Presales & marketing support activities
• Project estimation (on functional design part)
• Requirements gathering, design & coordination with the customer
• User sorties design
• Project coordination with client Product Owner/Key users
• Solution functional design
• Functional design for developer
• Acceptance testing
• System configuration
• Power Platform LowCode/NoCode development
• Retrospective testing automation (further activities after learning)
• Customer support services

Requirements

• Higher technical or economic education
• English - Upper-intermediate or higher. All communications are in English
• 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (Sales) implementation
• Any other CE Applications (Customer service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.) will be a plus
• Experience in Power Platform LowCode/NoCode development (Dataverse tables, simple Work/Cloud flows, BPF, Forms, Business rules, Security role configuration)
• Basic Power BI & Power Query experience will be a plus
• Dynamics 365, Azure and/or Power Platform certification will be a plus
