Responsibilities
- Contribute to landmark transactions with leading Ukrainian and foreign clients
- Collaborate with a team in a Western environment
- Utilize solid legal education and analytical skills
Requirements
- Solid legal education; Western LL.M is an advantage
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Good analytical skills, systematic approach, and logical thinking
- Fluent English and Ukrainian
- Team player skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and client-oriented attitude
- Hardworking and able to sustain busy work pressure
