About the Position
We're seeking a Mid-Level Backend Developer (Node.js) to join our team in Kraków, Poland, focusing on scalable backend systems for live streaming.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve backend services supporting live, interactive streaming features.
- Deliver scalable, dependable systems capable of peak-load performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial backend development experience
- Hands-on knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/Node.js
- Experience with Express or NestJS
- Practical experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Practical experience with Redis (NoSQL)
- Basic knowledge of AWS services: S3, Lambda, RDS, EC2, SQS, CloudFront, ECS
- Basic understanding of web application security
- English communication skills (at least B2)
- Engagement and a strong sense of responsibility for the product
We Offer
- Compensation: 12,000–17,000 PLN depending on experience and skills
