We are seeking a Mid-Level Scan-to-BIM Specialist to join our team and work on diverse and challenging projects. This role offers the chance to develop your skills and collaborate with international clients. Transform scan data into accurate BIM models using Autodesk Revit and work in a flexible and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Analysis of incoming documentation
- Creating simple RFI/questions/requests to the client
- Evaluation and approval of technical solutions for the project
- Basic Point Cloud processing in ReCap Pro
- Initial setup of the model for further work
- Modeling based on drawings and auxiliary models (structural/architectural)
- Creation of custom families that meet project needs
- Creation of architectural drawings, annotation families, drawing templates, etc.
- Creating various specifications
- Improving the production process by identifying weak points
- Self-check and self-analysis
Requirements
- Education in the field of construction or architecture
- 2+ years of experience in 3D modeling
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience with Scan-to-BIM projects
- Skills in reading, annotating, and developing architectural/construction drawings
- English language proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher
- Responsibility, initiative, attention to detail
- A drive for self-improvement
- Critical thinking
- Willingness to work in a team
Nice to Have
- Experience working with complex geometric objects
- Ability to stitch, process, clean, and organize point clouds in ReCap Pro
- “Quick Modeling” skills
- QA/QC experience
