Mid-Level Software Developer (K/M)

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and maintenance of our wupWorks product built on C#/.NET
Implement features and improvements using given guidelines
Collaborate within an agile development team to deliver high-quality, maintainable code
Support the team in defining and implementing interfaces and components
Participate in automated testing, continuous integration and other DevOps practices
Help ensure software quality through unit tests, documentation and participation in code reviews
Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements

A degree in computer science or a comparable engineering field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience
Several years of hands-on experience developing software with C# and .NET; experience with Blazor is a plus
Basic understanding of modern software architecture concepts (e.g., Domain-Driven Design), interface development and IT security principles
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps
Comfortable working with database systems and Entity Framework
Ability to analyze technical requirements and implement sustainable solutions with guidance when needed
Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented working style with attention to clean, well-structured code and long-term software quality
Team player who shows initiative and contributes ideas for improvements
Good English language skills
